As someone who worked as an admissions counselor at an art school, I was constantly looking for jobs for the artists about to graduate. I was always making calls, being in lists, and basically keeping my eyes open all the time. Well, fast forward to now and the situation for artists is exactly the same as it was 20 years ago – schools still don’t do much to help rent grads find work, schools take all your student loan money and then once you’re out, you are on your own!
Well, at this point and time I’d say we all need each other because I figured I would pass along all the job opportunities I am sent in the hopes someone you will go from being broke to being able to finally afford groceries!
